In September 2008  Futurescape was recognised as a leader for innovative and effective research in the NZ market research industry by winning two Market Research Society awards:

  1. The 2008 Overall Innovation Award
  2. The Media / Advertising Category Platinum Effectiveness Award

In awarding Futurescape the Innovation Award the judges said:

“Our granting of this award reflects how impressed the judges were in the extent to which Futurescape Global Ltd combined excellence in research with excellence in panel design and online reporting to develop and implement both a research approach and a suite of ‘dynamic’ tools that have provided a wide range of insights across an equally wide range of subject matters and purposes.

In the process the requirements and imperatives of quite different internal client groupings have been met. The way this project was planned and implemented to offer flexibility, speed, width and actionability across the different parts of the organisation makes it a worthy recipient of the award. In fact we might label this a possible example of international best practice.”
